In a nutshell, fairly simple. We simplified the process for organizations and their staff who handle lost and found items, but also for the customers that are looking for their items left behind.
File a Claim
Customer files a short claim — just the item description. No address needed upfront, keeping the form fast and simple.
Item Is Found
Staff finds the item, enters it into the inventory with details and photos
AI Matching
AI reads item descriptions, generates a semantic fingerprint, and ranks the most likely matches by confidence score — the best result gets a "Likely Match" badge.
Ready to Ship
Once matched, staff triggers the return process. Items can be shipped back or picked up in person — whichever works best for the customer.
