Customer reports a lost item on our site or yours, and the claim shows up on your dashboard

2 - Item is Found

If the item is ready to be sent to the customer,  all your staff does is have one click that triggers the process.

3 - Customer Pays Label

Customer pays for the shipping label and system will create a shipping label in your dashboard.

4 - Item is Shipped

Label can be printed directly from dashboard, by any staff with access to it, and uses it to ship the item to customer.

The short story of Traista

Based in Chandler AZ, a fully remote company, we transformed a paper napkin idea into a solution, after a personal experience while on vacation in 2015. From there, we explored and implemented an easier process for lost and found items. We considered travelers mostly, however we received input from TSA agents and airport staff, hotel industry process owners, and at times plain common sense when creating the solution.
